IDEsec – Algorithms applied research in identifying anomalies in activity patterns of work in cofined spaces

The IDEsec project aims to investigate in a new algorithm of signal processing that can help predict and anticipate critical situations that could occur in heavyweight and metalworking industry inside confined spaces of pressure equipment.

IDESA is globally recognized by its high standards in terms of quality and health and safety. We have an Health & Safety is system based on certificate as per OHSAS 18001.

We are fully aware that our activities bring risks to Health and Safety, and we accept our responsibility in this matter with our employees, subcontractors, clients and the public. That means that safety is a key point in our day-to-day performance.

IDEsec raises the necessary research to provide intelligence to the analysis of data from sensors, for monitoring operators working in confined pressure equipment and in this way:

  • Avoid risks at work, anticipating critical situations foreseen by the generated algorithms based on the ability of intelligent data analysis that will carry implemented. • improve efficiency in this type of special jobs, achieving the combination of safety and health of workers with productivity.

Technological Centre Fundación CTIC participates in the project contributing with their expertise in ICT technologies in the fields of sensor technology, signal processing and processing and intelligent data analysis.
